Base Material: Titanium Alloy Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5)

Manufacturing Process:

CNC Turning:

Equipment: Swiss-type CNC lathes (Citizen L32)

Tolerance: ±0.003mm (radial), ±0.01mm (axial)

Surface finish: 0.4μm Ra (standard), 0.2μm Ra (optional mirror polish)

Heat Treatment:

Solution treated at 955°C ±15°C

Water quenched

Aged at 538°C for 4 hours

Quality Control:

100% Dimensional inspection with optical comparators

Hardness testing (Rockwell C scale)

Dynamic balancing to G2.5 grade at 30,000 RPM


Mechanical Properties:

Tensile Strength: ≥895 MPa
